Processing operations of personal data and their purposes. These are all the operations which are carried out where they involve the collection, storage or processing of personal data, including the purposes to which they relate: 1. Collection and storage of personal data in order to provide the subscribed services by customers and to provide the requested information to the Judicial Authority; 2. Processing of personal data supplied by customers for statistical purposes; 3. Collection, storage and processing of personal data for administrative, accounting, solvency, and promotional purposes including the possible transmission of receipts by e-mail. Treatment modalities The treatment will be in fully automated manner in accordance with Articles 4 letter. D and D 26 of Decree Law 196/03. Freedom to grant consent and consequences of refusal. The consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes set out in paragraphs (1), (2), (3) is necessary. In case of refusal of the consent we won’t be able to provide the subscribed services. Subject’s Rights. The data subject may exercise all the provided rights by art. 7 of the Decree Law 196/03, in particular to know which data are present in the archive and possibly to decide to cancel them. Article 7 of Decree Law 196/03 states: 1. Regarding the processing of personal data the data subject has the right to obtain the confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exists regardless of their being already recorded and communication of such data in intelligible form. 2. The data subject shall have the right to be informed: Of the source of the personal data. Of the purposes and methods of processing. Of the logic applied to the processing. Of the identification data concerning the controller, data processors and the representative designated. Of the entities to whom or which the personal data may be communicated. 3. The data subject shall have the right to obtain: Updating, rectification or integration of the data; Erasure, making anonymous or blocking of the data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed. Certification to the effect that the operations as per above, have been notified, also related to their contents, to the entities whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves manifestly disproportionate effort with the right that is to be protected. 4. The data subject shall have the right to object in whole or in part: On legitimate grounds, to processing of personal data concerning him/her even though they are relevant to the purpose of collection. To the processing of personal data concerning him/her where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising material.
